This microphone features an interchangeable microphone capsule design, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs. It's ideal for professional installations in governmental, institutional, educational, religious, and business settings, delivering clear speech for presentations and conferencing applications.
The MX415R/N can be permanently mounted on any flat surface using the included MX400SMP surface mount preamp with LED logic input. You can also use it with the MX400DP movable desktop base (sold separately), which has a configurable mute button with logic output. It's compatible with the MX890 wireless desktop base and the ULXD8 wireless base (both sold separately) too.
The surface preamp has an LED logic I/O for remote LED and mute control. The red light ring on the gooseneck shows the mic's ON/Mute status when connected to an automatic mixer. Dip switches let you engage the built-in low-cut filter and attenuate frequencies below 150 Hz. Two rubber rings isolate the mic from surface vibrations.
With CommShield technology, the MX415R/N shields against RF interference from portable wireless devices.
