The QX544i features a 45° (h) x 45° (v) constant directivity horn loaded with an ultra-efficient mid/high compression driver. Four Phase Aligned 12-in low frequency transducers arranged as vertical and horizontal pairs work together to extend pattern control deep into the low frequency range. With four low frequency transducers symmetrically surrounding the coaxial mid/high compression driver in both horizontal and vertical planes, the full frequency spectrum response seems to come from a single point in space, enabling idealized summation of the three frequency sections and eliminating anomalies.
