The 24S-D is designed to meet the needs of professionals. It houses two 12' drivers in a bass-reflex enclosure, along with a 1.4' exit compression driver mounted on a large rotatable CD horn. The dipolar arrangement of the 12' drivers provides excellent directivity control. The specially designed ports and large cabinet volume ensure significant low frequency reproduction. It can be used as a stand-alone system or combined with d&b subwoofers. The rotatable HF horn allows for easy horizontal orientation. The cabinet is made of marine plywood with an impact-resistant paint finish and is protected by a rigid metal grill. It also has M10 threaded inserts for attaching rigging hardware. And it's Ball Impact Resistant according to DIN 18032-3 for sports and multipurpose halls.
